Job summary

MatraVolt Limited, a Hong Kong-based spin-out from PolyU, is advancing next-generation battery materials and energy infrastructure. We are seeking a results-driven engineer to support setup, operation, and continuous improvement of production equipment.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure equipment availability and readiness, contribute to safety and efficiency projects, and assist with troubleshooting, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, materials, science, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant hands-on experience in large-scale power lithium-ion battery manufacturing.
• Experience with equipment, engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Relevant hands-on experience in equipment, engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations.
• Ability to understand technical systems and work with cross-functional teams in a production-oriented environment.
• Good problem-solving, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
