Qualifikationen

• Significant and contemporary experience in large-scale power lithium-ion battery manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong coordination and follow-up ability.
• Experience in technical support, application support, or related roles.
• Proven ability to translate customer feedback into product and project requirements.

Aufgaben

• Act as a technical interface between customers, commercial teams, and internal technical teams.
• Support customer communications, product introductions, technical clarification, and follow-up.
• Help collect customer requirements and translate them into internal feedback for product and project teams.
• Support customer evaluations, technical discussions, and general project coordination.
• Prepare or support basic technical materials and customer-facing documents.
