Job summary

CGS International Holdings Limited is seeking a front-office structuring professional in Hong Kong to design, price and manage FX-linked structured notes and client-facing OTC derivatives end-to-end. This role sits at the product core of the FICC franchise, bridging structuring, issuance and valuation.

You will lead end-to-end product design, pricing, and risk assessment, coordinate with front/middle/back offices and counterparties, and support sales with client presentations and roadshows while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Law, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in FICC structured product management with involvement across issuance, valuation, settlement, and post-trade lifecycle events.
• Solid understanding of valuation and pricing models for structured products and related workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of new structured products, identifying client needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
• Perform valuation and pricing analysis across structured products and prepare term sheets and related documentation.
• Oversee issuance, booking and post-trade processes for FICC products and coordinate with front/middle/back offices and counterparties.
• Collaborate with sales to conduct product roadshows and client presentations, articulating features and value propositions.
• Provide operational leadership for structured note programs and contribute to IT-enabled infrastructure and automation.
