Job summary

Selby Jennings is partnering with a leading financial institution in Hong Kong to identify a FICC Product & Operations professional for their Capital Markets platform. The role offers exposure to structured products, OTC derivatives, and close interaction with Front Office teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years across FICC, structured products, OTC derivatives, trading support, middle office, or product management, with strong stakeholder management and bilingual English/Chinese

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within FICC, Structured Products, OTC Derivatives, Trading Support, Middle Office, Product Control, or Product Management.
• Experience with pricing methodologies and trade lifecycle management is desirable.
• Exposure to ISDA documentation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, launch, and ongoing management of structured products across FICC businesses.
• Conduct product valuation and pricing analysis, assessing risk and return profiles.
• Coordinate product lifecycle events, from onboarding and trade execution through settlement and maturity.
• Partner closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Legal, and external counterparties to ensure seamless execution.
• Support counterparty onboarding and documentation, including ISDA and related OTC derivative agreements.
• Drive process enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and control.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with exposure to Structured Products, OTC Derivatives, Trading Support, Product Management, or FICC Middle Office who are looking for broader business exposure and closer interaction with Front Office teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, launch, and ongoing management of structured products across FICC businesses

Ideal Background

• Exposure to OTC derivatives and ISDA documentation would be highly advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
