Job summary

RedotPay, a global crypto payment fintech, seeks a Product Manager with strong end-user insights to build a leading Web3 fiat on/off-ramp product. You will own the full experience from onboarding to on/off-ramp flows across regions and payment methods.

You will coordinate with global providers, optimize conversion, and design robust reconciliation and on-chain integration to enable instant crypto purchases within the wallet ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of internet product experience; at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in user wallets, account systems, or the payments industry.
• Strong ability to detect user psychology and interaction details; able to produce high-quality prototypes with improving payment success rates.
• Familiar with payment channels, accounts, clearing/settlement and knowledge of reversed transactions and edge cases.
• Understand Web3, compliance requirements for wallets, stablecoins, and fiat deposits (KYC/AML).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experience design for fiat on/off-ramp flows across regions and payment methods.
• Coordinate with global on/off-ramp providers and local payment methods; define user-oriented routing strategies.
• Improve user conversion rates by monitoring payments funnel and optimizing key steps.

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong C-end insights and deep understanding of payment fundamentals, to build a leading Web3 fiat on/off-ramp product.

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-end Experience Design: Own the end-to-end interaction design for fiat on/off-ramp flows, including account onboarding, deposit/withdrawal experiences across different payment methods and regions, payment status tracking, and automated recovery for abnormal/failed routes.
• Payment Channel Governance: Coordinate with and manage global mainstream on/off-ramp providers (e.g., Thunes, Worldpay, Banking Circle, etc.) and local payment methods (LPM). Understand channel capabilities and fee/rate rules, and define user-oriented routing strategies.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Take ownership of user conversion rates. Build end-to-end payment monitoring, use data analysis to identify drop-off points in the funnel, and identify and optimize key steps.
• Funds Flow & Compliance: Design rigorous reconciliation/settlement processes and FX rate lock-price logic to ensure the safety and compliance of funds during fiat and digital-asset (crypto) transfers in and out of the wallet ecosystem.
• Deep Web3 Integration: Work with the engineering team to optimize on-chain transaction/token release logic, deeply integrate fiat payments with wallet interactions, and achieve an "instant buy crypto" closed-loop experience.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: 3–5 years of internet product experience; at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in user wallets, account systems, or the payments industry.
• C-end Sense: Strong ability to detect user psychology and interaction details; able to independently produce high-quality prototypes, with proven cases of improving payment success rates.
• Professional Background: Familiar with payment fundamentals (e.g., payment channels, accounts, clearing/settlement). Have rigorous thinking and understanding of reversed transactions and payment edge cases.
• Industry Knowledge: Understand the Web3 industry, and be aware of compliance requirements for wallets, stablecoins, and fiat deposits (KYC/AML).
