Qualifikationen

• Certificate or higher in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years relevant experience in building services/electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship.

Aufgaben

• Supervise minor capital works and day‑to‑day maintenance.
• Lead hospital maintenance team on facilities management works.
• Prepare work requisitions, specs, monthly reports and cost estimations.
• Procure spare parts and manage stock levels for safety-critical items.
• Ensure compliance with government safety and environmental requirements.

Ausbildung
