Job summary

World Wide P.C.B. Equipments Company Limited in Hong Kong invites applications for the Manager, Facility & Project or Assistant Manager, Facility & Project role.

You will monitor project progress, manage schedules, quality, safety, and reporting, and oversee long-term improvement plans for company-owned buildings. You will supervise maintenance across all premises, handle quotations, contractor evaluation, tender reviews, and ensure timely completion with cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Engineering (Building Services / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical), Surveying, Property Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with proven experience in project management, site supervision, and fit-out/renovation works.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, including construction schedule, workmanship quality, safety compliance, and completion status, with proper documentation and reporting.
• Oversee long-term improvement plans for company-owned buildings and facilities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Manage facilities and maintenance operations across all company premises, including repairs, improvement projects, safety patrols, and regular building inspections.
• Handle quotation sourcing, contractor evaluation, tender review, and purchase approvals to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Ensure all handled projects and works comply with relevant laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct building and safety patrols, ensure compliance with company standards, and maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records.
