Changi General Hospital is seeking a qualified professional to oversee facilities development projects. You will plan conceptual design, prepare budgets, and set schedules, delivering proposals and guiding projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating with users and stakeholders, managing procurement and construction contracts, and ensuring cost-effective design and budget accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD drafting and project management process/documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement facilities development projects from concept to completion.
• Develop conceptual design, budget, schedule and project proposals.
• Coordinate with users and stakeholders on facilities planning and implementation.
• Manage procurement and construction contracts to project completion.
• Ensure cost-effective design and budget accuracy.
