Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Management Services Ltd in Tai Hang, Hong Kong, is seeking an Assistant Property Officer to support daily operations of a residential building.

You will assist the supervisor with maintenance, cleaning and security, and you will manage tenant relationships while coordinating with service contractors to ensure quality services.

Proficiency in English and Chinese and basic MS Office skills are required; previous residential property experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Property Management or related discipline.
• Member of relevant professional organizations preferable
• Residential building experience would be an advantage
• 1 year's relevant experience in property management
• Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor to manage daily operations of the property, including maintenance, cleaning and security.
• Maintain good tenant relationships and liaise with tenants.
• Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided.
