Job summary

Guardian Property Management Limited is seeking a qualified professional in property/facility management for our Kwun Tong office. The role requires a degree in property management or related discipline and at least 3 years of management experience in property/facility management, preferably for government buildings.

You must obtain and maintain the Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1) under the Property Management Services Ordinance and be well organized with strong communication

Qualifications

• Degree holder in property management, facility management or other relevant disciplines.
• At least three (3) years’ experience at management level in property / facility management in relevant field/government buildings is preferred.
• Obtain and maintain the Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1) under the licensing regime of Property Management Services Ordinance.
• Well organized, independent & hard-working.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Customer oriented and with pleasant personality.
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of both written and spoke English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• With experience in security and crowd control management is preferable.
• Shift duty on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday is required.
