Job summary

Urban Group in Hong Kong is seeking a maintenance professional to prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, supervise technicians and contractors, and investigate building defects.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in project management and maintenance within property management, plus an Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A+). Proactive teamwork and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 – 5 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in property management field.
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team.
• Proficient in PC operation and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme.
• Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work.
• Investigate and evaluate the cause of building defects and system breakdown.
• Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance work.
• Assist manager in renovation project and improvement work.
• Assist manager to provide quality services to customer.
