Job summary

Tai Hing Catering Group is hiring a Training & Development professional based at our Fotan office in Hong Kong to drive staff growth and engagement across the group’s brands.

You will design and deliver in-house training, identify development needs, prepare materials (including video content), run seminars, and evaluate training effectiveness. Immediate availability is preferred; candidates with F&B/retail background are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business, HR, Training and Development or related fields.
• At least 1 year of designing and delivering training programs; F&B/retail background preferred.
• Proficient in video shooting/editing and MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of Training & Development functions, including in-house training and seminars, external training classes and staff engagement activities.
• Identify training needs, formulate schedule and implement learning & development programs to meet business needs.
• Prepare, update and review training materials including video editing for different training classes.
• Record, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of each training program.
• Support and monitor Mystery Shopping Program and propose improvement plans and actions.
