Job summary

Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to drive revenue for hotel F&B outlets, events spaces and memberships. You will nurture client relationships, generate leads, and promote exclusive Bonvoy and Club Marriott programs to maximize profitability.

Your focus includes targeting corporate clients and events, presenting compelling proposals, and collaborating with events teams to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• University degree or above in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B sales.
• Strong command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and secure sales for the hotel's restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
• Achieve F&B outlets sales target set by the F&B Management.
• Identify and target new business opportunities, including corporate clients, private events, and social gatherings.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct client visits and site inspections to promote F&B offerings.
• Prepare sales proposals and follow up with clients on business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.
• Greet and receive organizers prior to the function to ensure that everything is in order and that customers are satisfied with the set-up.
• Prepare Banquet Event Order for confirmed business.
• Feedback to manager for guest comments and actively involved in improvements.
