Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Headwaiter/Headwaitress for Terrace Boulud to supervise the Food & Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of Food & Beverage experience with a strong supervisory background from a 5-star hotel.

Qualifications
