Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong invites applications for a Headwaiter/Headwaitress at Terrace Boulud. Based in the Food & Beverage Service division, you will supervise daily service operations and ensure services meet the group's exacting standards.

We seek candidates with at least five years in Food & Beverage and two years in a supervisory role, excellent leadership, and fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Food & Beverage with 2 years in supervisory role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation to meet hotel service standards.
• Contribute to staff training plans and conduct sessions.
• Maintain staff discipline and teamwork.
• Inspect cleanliness of service equipment and side boards.
• Prepare duty rosters for service staff.
