Job summary

The Atelier & Co Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts & Projects Associate to own the day‑to‑day running of key client accounts and projects, serving as the central point of contact between clients, vendors and internal teams. You will help shape campaigns, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure every activation is delivered on brief, on time and on brand.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of agency experience in experiential, events, brand activation or integrated marketing (client-facing).
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from a top university.
• Proven experience managing luxury events or campaigns from brief to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Client service and relationship management: primary day-to-day contact for clients; manage briefs and provide structured updates.
• Project and campaign management: end-to-end management, scoping, schedules, risk management; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Commercial and administrative ownership: prepare estimates, track budgets, manage change requests, ensure accurate billing.
• Quality control and delivery: safeguard brief and brand guidelines; ensure deliverables meet standards; contribute to post-event wrap-ups and case studies.
• Support growth: identify upsell opportunities and prepare proposals or credentials decks.
