Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an End User Service Engineer to support a hedge fund client in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering expert end-user technical support across a global user base, with white-glove service for senior executives and leadership.

You will manage Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments, plus PowerShell scripting, AV systems, and collaboration tools. The position supports cloud migration and cross-office deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience providing executive and C-level technical support.
• Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows systems administration.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience supporting AV technology, conference rooms, and meeting environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint management solutions (Intune, Jamf).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to a global user base, including investment professionals and leadership.
• Deliver white-glove support for senior executives and business leadership.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows infrastructure, desktops, VDI, and enterprise apps.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services and Windows environments.
• Lead desktop modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Manage endpoint management programs and AV deployments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and engineering teams to improve service quality.
• Participate in a distributed global support model across multiple offices.
