Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Executive Director to lead the APAC Equities Electronic Client Solutions Coverage team.

You will drive strategic initiatives for the electronic trading platform, shaping future capabilities and client outcomes, while ensuring regulatory alignment and robust market access solutions. You will work with clients to deliver custom market access solutions, maintain platform stability, and collaborate with JPM Technology teams to ensure smooth go-live setups and scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in equities, including electronic trading.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with top-tier clients.
• High-level understanding of low latency trading applications, system architecture, and network engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct execution and microstructure analyses, and perform independent assessments to enhance performance and product offerings.
• Offer execution advisory services, working closely with cash equities desks and external clients to optimize execution performance through transaction cost analysis.
• Collaborate with regional teams across the bank, including technology, quantitative research, business management, compliance, and control functions, to deliver a high-quality product with significant commercial impact.
• Stay informed about the latest market developments, rules, and regulations, and understand their implications for trading controls and capacity.
• Collaborate with Global Prime Brokerage teams to streamline electronic trading documentation processes.
• Ensure seamless client certification, integration, and go-live setups in coordination with JPM Technology teams.
• Conduct comprehensive client reviews using data on platform performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Work with internal teams to maintain platform stability and proactively identify scalability opportunities.
• Strengthen client relationships and grow wallet share through premium content, exceptional service, and strategic alignment of execution channels.
