JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer in its Equities Technology - Prime Services team in Hong Kong. You will be a core technical contributor delivering trusted market-leading technology in a secure, scalable SDLC environment.

Work with traders and researchers to advance trading workflows and uphold secure coding practices. You will lead the adoption of AI-assisted development tools, drive code quality, and help shape scalable architectures across multiple business functions

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets and Equity Market Microstructure.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality Python code for front-office technology systems.
• Collaborate with Traders and Quant researchers to enhance trading workflows.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Develop secure production code and review code written by others.
