Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relationship management, deal origination or loan syndication experience covering large China corporates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of trade finance, cash management, capital markets, FX/ derivatives and corporate finance products.
• English fluency; Mandarin is essential; based in Hong Kong with travel to China.

Responsibilities

• Originate and build a portfolio of new Large China Corporate Banking clients aligned with the bank's strategy, driving asset growth and revenue targets.
• Originate bilateral and syndicated loans.
• Own end-to-end deal execution: pitches, structuring, credit proposals, approvals, documentation and onboarding.
• Provide relationship management support across Lending, Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury and DCM to deliver cross-sell solutions.
