Job summary

JPMorganChase in Hong Kong seeks an Executive Director to shape APAC strategy and advise the APAC CEO and leadership. You will translate priorities into workplans, build consensus, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

You will manage senior stakeholders across lines of business, structure growth opportunities, and lead end-to-end strategy delivery with clear roadmaps, ownership, timelines, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in top-tier strategy consulting, internal strategy, corporate development, or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling initiatives with executive buy-in and delivery.
• Strong executive stakeholder management: credibility with senior leaders and ability to influence.
• Structured problem solver with good judgment; thrives in ambiguity and creates clarity quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication; can produce CEO-ready narratives with accuracy and speed.
• Commercial acumen across APAC countries, products and client segments.

Responsibilities

• Translate APAC CEO priorities into clear workplans, decision points, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Build relationships and trust with senior leaders across the region and globally; act as a neutral, outcomes-focused partner.
• Drive decisions and alignment: lead senior stakeholder engagement across lines of business, functions, and countries; manage trade-offs.
• Originate growth initiatives: identify and structure growth opportunities, build investment cases, and secure senior sponsorship.
• Lead end-to-end strategy delivery: run hypothesis-driven work, shape direction, and convert strategy into execution roadmaps with owners, timelines, and KPIs.
• Create executive narratives: influence with compelling storylines and deliver materials for CEO forums.
• Build and lead high-performing teams: set operating cadence, coach juniors, and deliver as one team with partners.
