Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Executive Director to shape the APAC Firmwide Strategy, advising the APAC CEO and leadership. You will originate growth opportunities, drive initiatives, and translate priorities into executable roadmaps across a complex matrix.

You will build relationships with senior leaders, champion data-driven decisions, and lead teams to deliver measurable outcomes, including practical AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in top-tier strategy consulting, internal strategy, corporate development, or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling initiatives with executive buy-in and measurable delivery.
• Strong executive stakeholder management: credibility with senior leaders; able to influence without authority.
• Structured problem solver with clarity in ambiguity and strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own CEO-level problem statements: translate priorities into workplans, decisions, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Build relationships and trust: establish advisory cadence with senior leaders across region and globally.
• Drive decisions and alignment: lead senior stakeholder engagement across lines of business, functions, and countries.
• Originate growth initiatives: identify growth opportunities, build investment cases, secure sponsorship.
• Lead end-to-end strategy delivery: run hypothesis-driven work from direction to execution roadmaps.
• Create executive narratives: develop compelling stories for CEO/business leadership forums.
• Build and lead high-performing teams: set cadence, coach juniors, deliver as one team.
• Develop strategy capabilities: improve structured thinking and practical AI-enabled productivity.
