Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong seeks an exceptional Executive Chef to provide strategic and operational leadership for its renowned culinary destinations, including Michelin-starred restaurants, bars, lounges, and banquets. You will shape culinary excellence, financial performance, talent development, and the hotel’s culinary reputation.

Leading a diverse team, you will set world-class standards, develop menus and seasonal concepts, and ensure top-quality food, presentation, and guest experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive culinary leadership experience, preferably within luxury hotels or Michelin-starred restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of international and Asian cuisines.
• Proven ability to lead large, multicultural culinary teams.
• Track record of managing budgets, food cost, and profitability.
• Passion for culinary innovation and guest experiences.

What you will do:

The Executive Chef will provide strategic and operational leadership for one of Hong Kong’s most internationally recognized culinary destinations, overseeing a diverse portfolio of Michelin-starred restaurants, bars, lounges, banquet facilities, in-room dining, and employee dining. The role will be responsible for driving culinary excellence, innovation, financial performance, talent development, and the continued evolution of the hotel’s culinary reputation.

• Lead, inspire, and develop a large and diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
• Drive culinary excellence and maintain world-class standards across Michelin-starred and luxury dining operations
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, taste, and consistency
• Ensure all food preparation and production meet Four Seasons brand standards
• Develop and continuously evolve the hotel’s overall culinary strategy, menus, concepts, seasonal offerings, and culinary experiences in partnership with the F&B leadership team

What you bring:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive culinary leadership experience, preferably within luxury hotels or Michelin-starred restaurants
• Knowledge of international and Asian cuisines preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related discipline
• Proven success managing multiple restaurant concepts and large-scale banquet operations
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain large, multicultural culinary teams
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing complex culinary operations, budgets, food cost, labor productivity, and profitability
• A passion for culinary innovation, guest experiences, and developing the next generation of culinary talent
