lululemon is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific. The role requires handling confidential information with tact, managing complex calendars, coordinating regional meetings, and ensuring smooth executive operations across time zones.

You will enable the smooth operation of the office under the pressure of frequent interruptions and changes in priorities. This role directly supports the Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific.

Executive Support & Administration:

Maintain deep awareness of the executive’s strategic and organisation objectives, and support their achievement through sound judgment, prioritisation, and informed decision making.

Manage the executive’s complex professional and social demands, anticipating needs and planning proactively. Oversee the executive’s full agenda and weekly priority list, including all meetings, appointments, events, and key personal dates.

Handle highly confidential and sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion.

Organise and coordinate regional meetings, summits, offsites, and global executive visits. And coordinate all meeting logistics (onsite and offsite), ensuring preparation of necessary materials and taking minutes for follow-up actions on‑site and off‑site, ensuring preparation of necessary materials and taking minutes for follow‑up actions.

Enhance executive productivity by summarising reports, preparing and reviewing draft communications, and supporting the development of presentations.

Arrange travel itineraries, reservations, and logistics for both professional and personal events, as well as executive visits.

Collaborate with the global and regional EA community to gather information in a timely manner and sharing of best practices.

Manage executive’s expense submissions and APAC Executive Department budget.

Chief of Staff:

Monitor strategic projects to ensure they remain on schedule and deliver expected outcomes

Act as a liaison between the SVP and market cluster and functional leadership teams, facilitate communication to ensure clarity of priorities and execution

Support Go-To-Market (GTM) process by tracking milestones, aligning stakeholders, and arranging schedules

Assist in preparation of annual/quarterly/monthly business reviews, and SLT & Board-level presentations

Provide input on meeting agenda design and ensure follow-through on meeting follow-up actions

Identify opportunities to streamline executive workflows and effectiveness

Recommend process improvements and implement best practices for executive operations

qualifications

Experience in Secretarial and Executive Assistant duties, supporting senior leaders and executives.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal ability and experience engaging with senior stakeholders (including Board members and C‑suite leaders).

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and reliability.

Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and other business software; techs savviness is a strong advantage.

Excellent business acumen with the ability to exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, and prioritise effectively.

Experience in a consumer facing business, ideally with direct retail operations

Highly detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Resourceful, proactive, and able to independently source information and solutions to complete assigned tasks.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and balance shifting priorities
