Job summary

Sanden International (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to manage the full set of accounts, ensure timely reporting, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will support budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis while liaising with auditors and bankers.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance and at least 5 years of experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting, with strong Excel skills and ERP experience, including SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a recognized professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in a commercial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate tax, and GST compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts, including General Ledger, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Ensure compliance with corporate tax, GST, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Maintain internal controls and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes.
• Support finance-related projects and perform other accounting duties as assigned.

About the role
