Job summary

Kiztopia Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Events Assistant to partner with operations and marketing. You will plan and host birthday parties, school visits, and group events at our HK outlets, and curate content for social media.

You will be the ambassador for in-house events, ensuring memorable experiences for visitors and smooth coordination across shops. You should be highly organized, fluent in English, Chinese, and Mandarin, with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma holder or above.
• Experience in hosting and planning events.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Willing to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
• Frequent travel to Kiztopia shops around Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Manage birthday party, school visit, group visit enquiries and provide quotation and planning of events.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Record keeping and organization of events across all Kiztopia locations in Hong Kong.
• Curation and execution of monthly activities and games within our outlets.
• Proactive in sourcing talent for performances and vendors to add value to our services.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
