Job summary

Madame Fu in Tai Kwun, Central, seeks an enthusiastic and proactive member for the Sales and Events team to handle events enquiries, quotations and confirmations with professional client service.

You will coordinate with the kitchen on menus and dietary requirements, liaise with internal departments to manage event logistics, and be present at events to ensure successful execution while maintaining our high-end brand image.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Events, Marketing, Tourism or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge in F&B operational workflow.
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

Madame Fu is a fabulous restaurant in Tai Kwun, Central, with lounges, bars and private dining rooms, renovated in a classic, colonial setting. We merge contemporary Chinese cuisines and art with luxurious sophisticated service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and proactive candidate to join our Sales and Events team.

Key responsibilities

About you

Detailed, hardworking and well organized

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
