Job summary

Madame Fu in Tai Kwun, Central, seeks an enthusiastic and proactive member for the Sales and Events team to handle events enquiries, quotations and confirmations with professional client service.

You will coordinate with the kitchen on menus and dietary requirements, liaise with internal departments to manage event logistics, and be present at events to ensure successful execution while maintaining our high-end brand image.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Events, Marketing, Tourism or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge in F&B operational workflow.
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for events enquiries, providing quotations and confirmations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen on menu planning and dietary requirements of the customers.
• Liaise with internal departments to manage logistics of the events.
• Be physically present at events to monitor progress and ensure successful completion.
• Provide excellent client service and build and enhance relationship with customers.
• Monitor and maintain the high-end brand image of the restaurant.
• Conduct research, new concepts, and trend-relevant ideas, and analyze market changes and monitor competitors' offers and new dishes.
• Assist Marketing and PR activities of Madame Fu.
