Job summary

China Merchants Securities International Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Analyst to Associate in Product Development within Asset Management. You will drive ETF product development, coordinate with regulators and exchanges, and oversee overall progress of ETF initiatives.

You will build relationships with institutional investors, assist in investment plan implementation, and help expand sales channels in PRC and overseas while strengthening HK/China market branding.

Qualifications

• ETF product management experience, including initiation, regulator coordination, and exchange liaison.
• Able to oversee ETF products' overall progress independently.
• Develop and maintain product terms, operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in implementing investment plans and product approvals.
• Develop sales channels in PRC and overseas; enhance HK/China market branding.
• Excellent Chinese and English communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existence product structure and communicate changes to regulators/service providers.
• Support education and training for distribution channels and investors.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, SOEs and insurers.
• Proactively support sales distribution and branding.
