Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP in Hong Kong is seeking an ETF Trading & Pricing Analyst to support ETF pricing accuracy and data reliability for our trading desk. You will work closely with ETF traders and developers to analyse inputs, resolve discrepancies and improve workflows using Python, SQL and Excel.

The role combines ETF product knowledge with live problem-solving and collaboration across Technology and Operations.

Qualifications

Experience with ETFs or related data in pricing or trading support.
Understanding ETF structures and constituent data.
Programming in Python to analyze data and automate workflows.
Strong Excel skills; SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyse ETF portfolio composition files (PCFs), NAVs, constituent data and inputs used in ETF pricing.
Validate pricing inputs and investigate discrepancies in ETF fair values and market data.
Monitor corporate actions, index changes and ETF basket updates affecting pricing data.
Collaborate with ETF traders to investigate time-sensitive pricing issues.
Support data accuracy and availability in ETF pricing workflows.
Work with Technology and Operations teams to troubleshoot trading system issues.
Identify ways to improve data quality, monitoring and daily pricing processes.
Use Python, SQL and Excel to analyze datasets and automate checks.
Develop understanding of ETF structures and market dynamics.
Contribute to trading-desk projects as ETF products evolve.
