Susquehanna International Group, LLP is seeking a driven ETF Sales & Capital Markets Analyst to join our Hong Kong office. You will work closely with ETF issuers across APAC and collaborate with trading, sales, operations and technology teams to shape new product development and explain complex products to traders and clients.

• 2 - 4 years' experience in financial industry, ETF experience preferred
• Finance or related degree with distinction average WAM/GPA
• Knowledge of ETF creation/redemption, pricing and hedging or eagerness to learn

Responsabilidades

• Work with ETF issuers in APAC on new product launches and provide feedback on design and implementation
• Showcase Susquehanna's trading solutions to issuer partners
• Collaborate across regions to share ETF landscape knowledge and global product set
• Monitor screen trading to meet regulatory requirements and issuer commitments
• Analyze complex ETF products using derivatives to identify trading/sales opportunities
• Review prospectuses, methodologies, and fund documents to identify tradable features
• Explain ETF mechanics, risks and costs to traders, sales, and issuers
• Track product changes such as index rebalances and corporate actions and communicate impact
• Resolve technical queries for traders and sales and support client explanations
• Evaluate leveraged/inverse/options-based ETFs and rebalancing flows
• Monitor APAC ETF developments to identify gaps and growth opportunities
• Coordinate readiness for new launches with trading, sales, ops and tech
