Job summary

Harbourfront Landmark in Hunghom is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property management, including security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement and facilities management.

The role involves monitoring property management income and expenses to prepare annual budgets, liaising with government departments, and attending Owners' Committee meetings while maintaining strong relationships with committees. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; PMP licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in supervisory level
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence preferred
• To monitor the day-to-day property management functions, e.g. security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management etc.
• To monitor property management income and expenses to prepare annual property management budgets and other related financial duties
• To liaise with Government departments and other departments of the company
• To attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain good relationship with the committees
• Good management and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
