The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited (HKMC) invites high-calibre individuals to join its IFS Division to support sustainable finance initiatives and ESG disclosures. You will maintain emissions inventory, evaluate climate risks, consolidate ESG data, and perform due diligence across loan origination to portfolio management.

The role requires a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Finance, about 10 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or advisory firms, plus

HKMC commenced its business in the area of Infrastructure Financing and Securitisation (IFS) since 2019. To support the growing business, we are now inviting high-calibre individuals to consider the following opening in our IFS Division.

Job Descriptions

• Support in maintaining the financed emissions inventory;

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Finance, with a demonstrated interest in ESG;
• Approximate 10 years or more of relevant experience in renowned financial institutions or advisory firms, with involvement in infrastructure engineering, project finance, ESG or sustainable finance; and
• Strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
