Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Group IT Applications Director - ERP (Oracle) to drive a multi-year ERP transformation, consolidating disparate systems and establishing a clear roadmap across finance, technology and leadership.

Reporting to the CIO, you will guide architecture, upgrades and enterprise reporting, align stakeholders, and steer cloud and data strategy while delivering practical priorities and governance across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation across the group, simplifying a complex technology estate.
• Develop a phased roadmap for platform standardisation, integration and reporting.
• Align finance and technology stakeholders around priorities, governance and investment decisions.
• Shape solution design towards a scalable enterprise environment across geographies and entities.
