Job description

• Perform ERP system implementation from requirement collection, system configuration, user training, testing and deployment
• Analyze functional requirements and provide design documents
• Troubleshoot on the issue of the existing customer
• Transform the data from external data source and migrate the data into the ERP
• Integrate the ERP with other system for process automation
• Work closely with development team to ensure project tasks are delivered on time
• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience in ERP system implementation
• Working experience in Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is an advantage
• Experience in trading / retail / industry businesses is an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Power BI or Power Platform is an advantage
• Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to explore new technology
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
