Job summary

Societe Generale is seeking a senior professional in Hong Kong to price and structure equity linked and hybrid products for institutional clients in APAC. You will partner with Sales and Trading, support client meetings as a technical expert, negotiate pricing assumptions, and drive regional product strategy and governance.

• Strong background in equity derivatives pricing and structured products.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills.

• Ability to explain complex structures clearly to internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Price and structure equity linked, mutual fund linked, and hybrid solutions, including bespoke and complex trades.
• Partner with Sales to develop and deliver client solutions; support pitches and client meetings as a technical expert.
• Negotiate pricing assumptions and parameters with Trading.
• Drive product innovation and contribute to regional product strategy.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standards.
• Mentor junior pricers and oversee quality of pricing outputs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Trading, Research, Technology, Risk, and Middle Office.
