Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations professional to support Vickers trade processing, reconciliation and settlement activities, including the EIS project, and adapt to market changes like US 23x5 and HK T+1.

You will review end-to-end equity trade processing, coordinate with trade counterparties and custodians, and ensure accurate settlement and audit readiness through UAT, RSU, and break reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with ad hoc issues.
• Review end-to-end processing for Equity trade processing and settlement.
• Manage trade settlement and stock reconciliation.
• Handle IPO processing and trade verification.
• Monitor failed trades and coordinate with counterparties.
• Arrange funding for trade settlement and liaise with auditors.
• Support UAT testing for enhancements or bug fixes.
• Perform RSU and break reconciliation.
