Job summary

Qualifications

• A Level or above; Degree or related Diploma preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in trade-related banking operations.
• Timely delivery of work with good quality and accurate responses to enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle system input, document processing and screening per standards.
• Provide guidance to staff and resolve daily operations issues.
• Escalate exceptions or errors to the Team/Section Manager.
• Achieve defined KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time.
