Job summary

STM Singapore is seeking an Equipment Engineer to lead maintenance and support for chiller and dry vacuum systems. You will manage PM programs, spare parts, and FDC/IOT systems while driving CIP initiatives and coaching technicians.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with chillers and vacuum pumps, strong problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate small teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics Engineering / Mechanical
• Attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing Point of use chiller or dry vacuum pump installation, commissioning or repair
• Experience in Chiller or dry pump vacuum technical support, including troubleshooting, maintenance
• Experience in preparing training material and providing training to new employees
• Knowledge on Lam, Amat, Tel or Epi tool communication for vacuum pump and chiller
• High commitment and good team player
• Ability to think out of box
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Preferably with project lead experience with good planning skills
