Job summary

Omnicom Media in Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Media Executive (Welcome Fresh Graduate). You will execute paid-media campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, and other channels, monitor performance, manage budgets, and assist in strategic planning with the team.

The role requires a marketing-related degree, 0–2 years of digital planning experience, and proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, and Campaign Manager. Fluency in English and Chinese is desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• 0–2 years digital/media planning experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good knowledge of online marketing tools listed in the job ad.

Responsibilities

• Execute paid-media campaigns across biddable channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and some self-serve programmatic platforms.
• Daily monitoring of campaigns to meet KPI targets; test, optimize and improve performance.
• Track campaign pacing and manage budgets within daily/monthly limits; assist with billing.
• Assist in building biddable media tactics such as campaign proposals, keyword development, ad copywriting.
• Collaborate with planning team and project manager for strategic planning to reach targeted segments.
• Support data analyst to implement ad tracking, web analytics, and measurement tools (Google Analytics, Campaign Manager).
• Prepare regular reports, performance reviews, insights and recommendations.
• Provide technical support to clients and planning team.
