Job summary

電子商務營運 (E-commerce Operation) is seeking an E-Commerce Officer to support the merchandising team in Hong Kong. You will handle administrative tasks, prepare sales and inventory reports for management, and maintain department databases. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and have 0–2 years of related experience.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and possess strong English and Chinese communication skills to collaborate across the team.

Qualifications

• Degree or above; 0–2 years of admin or team support experience.
• Experience in e-Commerce / retail industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the merchandising team.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports for management review.
• Maintain department database records and filing system.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
