Job summary

Xendit in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Implementation Lead to own enterprise client onboarding from post-sale handover through go-live. You will build detailed implementation plans with timelines, milestones, and success criteria, and guide the technical integrations on APIs and payment methods.

You will manage risks and escalations across sales, product, engineering, and compliance, and run workshops and training, ensuring a clean handover to post-launch teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in implementation, onboarding, or project management in B2B SaaS or payments.
• Experience leading end-to-end enterprise implementations through go-live.
• Hands-on work with APIs and product integrations.
