Job summary

Amplify Health in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Specialist, Customer Technical Implementation to act as the primary technical owner for customer deployments across multiple products.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams (Product, Architecture, Cloud/DevOps, Security) to define scope, manage integration requirements, and oversee environment readiness, SIT/UAT, deployment readiness, and go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in technical implementation, solution delivery, or platform integration.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Broad technical foundation across integrations, APIs/data flows, environments/infrastructure.
• Proven ability to operate independently and lead across cross-functional teams.
• End-to-end implementation experience: discovery, integration, SIT/UAT, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Healthcare insurance operations knowledge is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing technical lead for the customer implementation; define and maintain scope boundaries.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery across multiple products and manage governance.
• Lead integration requirements and design discussions with client systems.
• Drive environment readiness with Cloud/DevOps and product teams.
• Lead SIT/UAT and deployment readiness; coordinate fixes and sign-off artefacts.
• Coordinate security/resilience activities to meet governance checkpoints.
