Job summary

Deloitte China is seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst for Accounting & Reporting Assurance within FSI in Hong Kong. The role focuses on bridging finance stakeholders with technical teams, documenting requirements, and guiding system design and implementation in finance operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in finance transformation, strong analytical skills, and experience with finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Anaplan. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, BRDs, process maps and user stories (UAT).
• Experience translating finance processes into system designs and BRDs.
• Familiar with finance system implementations and UAT management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, process maps, user stories, and design documents.
• Conduct process walkthroughs and workshops to map current-state and target-state finance workflows.
