Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an AI/ML Platform Engineer to develop, enhance, and support enterprise AI/ML platforms across the technology ecosystem. You will build services, APIs, and components to enable advanced data and AI solutions while improving reliability and performance in production.

Partner with cross-functional teams to adopt modern engineering practices, automate operations, and drive cloud modernization within a large public-sector financial institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise application development.
• Strong programming capability with modern development languages and frameworks.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, data platforms, or advanced analytics environments.
• Experience with cloud, containerization, automation, or infrastructure-as-code is advantageous.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, system monitoring, and platform support best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise AI/ML platform capabilities across the technology ecosystem.
• Build and integrate software services, APIs, and platform components to enable AI solutions.
• Enhance platform reliability, performance, observability, and operational efficiency through automation and monitoring.
• Partner with cross-functional technology teams to implement modern engineering and CD practices.
• Support deployment and lifecycle management of ML and analytics solutions in production.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to scalability and maintainability.
• Contribute to infrastructure and cloud modernization initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
