You’ll own deployments end-to-end, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and drive measurable outcomes across systems and data flows in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving.
• Strong fundamentals in software design and systems thinking.
• Experience working across systems, integrations and data flows.
• Confidence working directly with customers and solving ambiguous problems.

Forward Deployed Engineer (Hong Kong | Fast-Growing Global AI Enterprise)

Our client is a hyper-growth enterprise AI company, recently valued at USD 5 billion following its $550 million Series C funding round. They provide the AI Operating System for the enterprise — a shared operating layer that enables companies to build, deploy, and coordinate AI agents, automate complex end-to-end workflows, and create AI-native applications across the organization. Their platform works across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems, and is designed to operate in any language and cultural context.

They are now looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer in Hong Kong to work directly with enterprise customers, solve real-world operational challenges, and bring AI agents into production with measurable business impact.

The role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded at the intersection of customers, product and engineering. You’ll take ownership from problem definition through to deployment, translating open-ended business needs into practical technical solutions that work reliably in the real world.

This is a hands-on, generalist role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, moves quickly and thrives on building alongside customers.
