Write Edge in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Centre Manager / Operations Manager to support and grow its Hong Kong operations. This hands-on role covers administration, centre operations, enrolment, parent engagement, marketing coordination, projects, and early-stage operations.

The ideal candidate understands the Hong Kong education and parent landscape, is highly organized and administratively sharp, and thrives on ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Centre Manager or similar in enrichment/education
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong parents and students
• Fluent Cantonese and English
• Highly organized and administratively sharp
• Able to own multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Centre Operations & Performance: Support and monitor daily centre operations
• Enrolment & Admissions: Lead enrolment consultations and admissions processes
• Customer engagement: Manage parent communications and build strong relationships
• Marketing & Agency Management: Coordinate campaigns and external partnerships
• Projects, Workshops & Budget: Plan and track budgets, organize events/workshops
• People & Operations: Support onboarding, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration
