JPC Texson Ltd, a long-established engineering and power solutions provider, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the workshop and engineering teams responsible for customised diesel generator sets. You will coordinate design, assembly, testing and delivery while ensuring safety and quality.

You will manage a team of around 30 staff, collaborate with customers and suppliers, and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency across projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in engineering management or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of diesel generator sets and power systems.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and quality procedures.
• Able to read technical drawings and design documents.
• Hands-on problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the engineering and workshop function for customised diesel generator sets and related power systems.
• Oversee design review, assembly, testing, and final delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Set engineering standards, testing procedures, and product-release criteria.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to multiple teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvements in reliability, cost, and schedule performance.
