Job summary

JPC Corporation seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function for tailor-made diesel generator sets and related power systems in Hong Kong. You will manage a team of about 30 professionals across engineering, testing, assembly, and workshop activities.

You will drive design coordination, equipment configuration, testing, commissioning, and final delivery, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance while collaborating with customers and internal teams to meet project

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of engineering management or leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of diesel generator sets and power systems.
• Experience with ISO quality standards and engineering governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, workshop, and project groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ~30 engineers, technicians and workshop staff.
• Oversee design, configuration, assembly, testing, commissioning and delivery.
• Ensure technical compliance, design accuracy and project alignment with standards.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
