You will lead a small technical sub-team, schedule daily tasks, provide training, and implement upgrades to improve services. A Diploma or higher in electronics or related fields and 3+ years of experience are required, with 24/7 standby flexibility.

• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements for broadcast operations.


• Proven ability to lead a small technical team, train staff, and manage daily schedules.


• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.


• Effective communication and organizational skills for reporting and coordinating tasks.
